Galletas de zanahoria

1 1/2 tza de harina
1/2 tza de germen de trigo
1/2 tza de salvado
1 1/2 tza de zanahoria rallada
1 tza de avena
1/3 tza de aceite
1/2 tza de azúcar
1 huevo
1/2 cdta de sal
1 cdta royal
1/2 cdta canela en polvo
1/2 tza agua o leche

Se mezclan todos los ingredientes perfectamente y se hacen las galletas con una cuchara, se vacían en una charola engrasada y enharinada y se hornean a calor medio hasta que dore la base, de 10 a 15 min aproximadamente, la zanahoria rallada puede sustituirse con manzana, calabacita o piña, se les puede agregar nueces, almendras, pasitas, arándanos y frutas secas de acuerdo al gusto.

Cute-cake

Saw some cute-cakes in youtube and thought I’d give it a try. It’s just a basic head started with 6 sc in a magic ring… so, intructions.

HEAD

1. sc 6 into a magic ring
2. 2sc in each sc= 12
3. (sc, sc2 in next st)6= 18
4. (2 sc, sc2 in next st) 6= 24
5. (3sc, sc2 in next st)6= 30 6-10 sc around NOTE: I attached the eyes at the end of round 9.
6. (3sc, dec)6=24
7. (2sc, dec)6=18 NOTE: If you decide to use a felt snout this is the time to sew it on, I placed it to sit between rounds 9 and 11.
8. (sc, dec)= 12 NOTE: stuffing now is a good idea.
9. (dec on each st)=6 NOTE: stuff some more if needed. Use this link text to finish it off.

EARS
ch 2

1. sc 6 into second chain from hook, sc one to turn
2. sc in each of the 6 sts. BO

Attach ears and you’re done.
I used a 4 mm hook and Polar Knit yarn.
